About Kristin

Born and raised in Fayetteville, NC, Kristin Piccione embodies the military values of discipline, organization, and dedication—qualities she seamlessly integrates into her real estate career.

Kristin served in the US Army at Ft. Bragg, where she was a member of the 3rd Group Special Operations between 2007-2008, deploying to Afghanistan as a Special Forces dental assistant. She later transitioned into the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Department at Womack Army Medical Center, providing critical trauma care as a surgical assistant.

After meeting her husband, Michael, Kristin transitioned out of the Army, and they moved to West Point, NY, where they welcomed their two sons, Silas and Harry. Eventually, they settled in Richmond Hill after a stint at Ft. Stewart, opening Richmond Hill Oral Surgery. Over the past decade, Kristin has mastered the art of office management and, as her children grew older, found her calling in real estate.

A well-connected and active Richmond Hill resident, Kristin is deeply invested in her community. She and Michael also co-founded Vets4Vets, a nonprofit organization committed to helping financially disadvantaged veterans access essential oral surgery. Kristin’s local ties, combined with her passion and attention to detail, make her a trusted guide for her clients. She is dedicated to supporting them every step of the way.
